QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Great command of English: equivalent to 6.0 IELTS or 530 TOEFL, excellent writing skill is essential.
2. Familiar with mailing applications (Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook) and web mails (Yahoo, Gmail…)
3. Experience online practices. Familiar with correspondence via email and online customer services (Forum, Ticket support systems…) a plus.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
5. Ability to build business in a wide-open market.
6. Media sales experience with a mix of online and offline a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

1. Responsible for answering pre-sale inquiries, providing necessary advice regarding our products and service
2. Provide timely and helpful follow-ups to all inquiries from present customers
3. Coordinate closely with internal working teams for products’ updates or feature requests.
4. Draft and maintain newsletters on a routine base to update our customers on major events
5. Evaluate and propose initiatives on sales, marketing and business development
6. Must be passionate about the online space and have a detailed working knowledge.
7. Must be extremely effective at initiating contacts with potential customers. Having strong presentation skills to close the sale is a plus.
